NOTE: Measurements in cm’s are based off a flat laying shirt on a hard surface. To get an accurate around the chest measurement times our measurement by two. The best way is to get a long sleeve shirt of your own that you like the fit of, preferably with a bit of stretch (a fishing style shirt is best but not essential). Lie shirt flat on a hard surface and flatten it out well. Compare our flat measurements against your shirt. Note the fabric of our shirts has a bit of give compared to a rigid cotton style work shirt.
