Orders are processed within 1-3 days.
We only ship within Australia.
Shirts are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number.
If purchased via our website a notification will be emailed once your package has been posted.
Buckmundi is not liable for late or delayed shipments including express packages.
Please keep in mind due to travelling and sometimes using remote postal services, your order can take a little longer. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days from the date we notify you it was sent, please get in contact with us ASAP so we can follow up.
Postage pricing is dependent on volume of shirts purchased due to size of bag required.

Pre-Orders: Please note if you order in-stock items with pre-order items the whole order will be held back until the pre-order items arrive. Please place two orders if you would like in-stock items shipped out immediately.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are unable to offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind or have chosen the wrong size. This is why we ask you to please take the time to measure up to get it right from the start. However, within 14 days of taking delivery and the garment is in brand new unused condition in the original packaging and there is another style or size available in stock that you are happy to exchange for we can do so when your returned items have been received by us in unused condition. The cost of the exchange postage will need to be covered by the customer, this includes the cost of the parcel back to BUCKMUNDI, and from BUCKMUNDI back to the customer.
If the garment has been misused in any way to contribute to an issue a refund or exchange will not be granted. Sale items are not refundable.
If you are unhappy with your purchase at all, please contact us with your concerns so we can work together to find a reasonable solution. We want you to enjoy wearing Buckmundi and make the transaction as seamless as possible.
If on the rare occasions a refund is the only solution the cost of the garment only will be refunded to the account that paid for it minus the postage. Postage is not refundable.
FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS
Our shirts are high quality however if you believe your product has a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your garment so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.
We will request that you send us photos prior to the return process.
Once we have received and inspected the returned garment, we will happily offer an exchange or issue a refund only to the account that made the purchase. In this scenario we will also refund the shipping charges both ways when you send us a photo of the return express bag shipping receipt. The shirt must be in an un-used as you received condition.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please keep the tracking number when you send it in case we need you to follow it up with the postal service.
It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
Please note due to travelling the return and reposting can take a little longer as we are a mobile business.
