SHIPPING​

We’ll get your order packed and on the road within 1–3 days.

At this stage, we ship Australia-wide only.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your gear as it makes its way to you.

Once it’s on the move, you’ll get an email with all the details.

While we do everything we can to get your order out quickly, we can’t take responsibility for delays once it’s in the hands of Australia Post—even the express ones can have a mind of their own sometimes.

Because we sometimes take the business on the road (and occasionally posting from some pretty remote spots), delivery times can vary a little. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of your shipping notification, give us a shout and we’ll help track it down.

Shipping costs are based on how many shirts you grab (bigger order = bigger bag), or…
Spend over $300 and we’ll ship it for free — automatically applied at checkout.

PRE-ORDERS
If you order in-stock items with pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together once the pre-order lands.
If you’re keen to get your in-stock gear sooner, best to place two separate orders.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Buckmundi shirt as much as we loved making it.
​
If it’s not quite the right fit, no dramas—we’re happy to swap it over within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s still in brand new, unworn condition with the original packaging.
​
Ordered the wrong size or style? It happens. We’ll exchange it for another available option—just note that return and re-shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.
​
Before you order, we recommend giving your measurements a quick once-over to avoid any sizing mix-ups, as we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
​
If the item comes back looking like it’s already been on a fishing trip (worn, washed, or misused), we won’t be able to process an exchange or refund. Sale items are also final and none refundable.

Not 100% happy? Flick us a message—we’re good humans and always keen to help find a solution so you can enjoy your gear. If a refund ends up being the only option, we’ll refund the item cost (excluding postage) back to your original payment method.​
FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS
We take a lot of pride in our shirts, but if something’s not quite right, we’ll sort it.
​
If you believe your item has a fault, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. Flick us a message with a few photos first—this helps us get things moving quickly and point you in the right direction.
​
Once we’ve had a look and asked you to send the item back, we’ll inspect it and, if it’s deemed faulty, we’ll happily organise an exchange or refund (back to the original payment method).
​
We’ll also cover shipping both ways—just send through a photo of your return postage receipt and we’ll take care of it.
The item will need to come back in the same unworn condition you received it in.
​
When sending your return, please hang onto your tracking number. We’re a small travelling business, and while we do our best, we can’t guarantee parcels without tracking if they go walkabout.
​
A quick heads-up—general wear and tear, misuse, or putting your shirt through more than it signed up for won’t be considered a fault.
​
Also, because we can sometimes be on the road, returns and exchanges can take a little longer than big warehouse brands—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
