SHIPPING​

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 days.

  • We only ship within Australia.

  • Shirts are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number.

  • If purchased via our website a notification will be emailed once your package has been posted.

  • Buckmundi is not liable for late or delayed shipments including express packages.

 

Please keep in mind due to travelling and sometimes using remote postal services, your order can take a little longer. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days from the date we notify you it was sent, please get in contact with us ASAP so we can follow up.

 

Postage pricing is dependent on volume of shirts purchased due to size of bag required.

  • 6 & up - $19.00

  • 1-3 shirts - $15.00

Pre-Orders: Please note if you order in-stock items with pre-order items the whole order will be held back until the pre-order items arrive. Please place two orders if you would like in-stock items shipped out immediately. 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Buckmundi purchase! If you need to exchange an item, we’re happy to help as long as it’s within 14 days of delivery and in brand new, unused condition with the original packaging. If the size or style isn’t quite right for you, we can exchange it for another available option. Just make sure the item is in perfect condition, and please cover the cost of shipping for both the return to us and the exchange to you.

Please double-check your measurements before ordering to avoid sizing issues, as we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size choice.

Unfortunately, if the garment shows any signs of misuse, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. Sale items are also non-refundable.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us. We’re always open to finding a solution and want you to enjoy wearing your Buckmundi gear!

In the rare case that a refund is the only option, we’ll refund the cost of the item (excluding postage) to the original payment method.

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS

Our shirts are high quality however if you believe your product has a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your garment so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.

We will request that you send us photos prior to the return process.

 

Once we have received and inspected the returned garment, we will happily offer an exchange or issue a refund only to the account that made the purchase. In this scenario we will also refund the shipping charges both ways when you send us a photo of the return express bag shipping receipt. The shirt must be in an un-used as you received condition.

 

Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please keep the tracking number when you send it in case we need you to follow it up with the postal service.

 

It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care. 

 

Please note due to travelling the return and reposting can take a little longer as we are a mobile business.
